I greatly enjoyed its big and huge rooms.

Location: the hotel was just off France. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I would stay here again.

The food options were delicious and the hygiene standards were remarkable. The location of the accommodation was also good; it was situated in a remote yet peaceful location. The heating system was excellent and kept us warm throughout the chilly winter nights.

The staff was not welcoming and didn't smile often, which didn't make us feel welcomed. We requested for extra blankets and towels and instead of bringing it to our room, we were asked to go downstairs and collect them. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection was weak, which was frustrating as we were unable to stream any movies.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a lovely bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff were fantastic, providing a warm and knowledgeable welcome, and the breakfast was simply superb. It really set me up for the day!

The peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing break, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and forests. We especially enjoyed the use of the swimming pool on hot afternoons.

Our expectations for the dinner arrangements were not met, and we were disappointed when the new staff had to take over and we had to have dinner at a local hotel on the second night. our room was not serviced during our stay and we had to request additional amenities like water, toilet paper, and coffee.
